
We are your Idaho producer for locally grown and naturally raised premium pork products. We offer many delicious cuts of pork, from Double Cut Chops to Basque Brand Chorizo. In addition to these premier all natural products, we are now marketing Idaho Grown Berkshire Pork; also referred to as Kurobuta Pork. Monthly, products will be packaged and shipped/delivered. The packs will be approximately half ground products and roasts; and half will be high end cuts, you will certainly get your money's worth!
Listed below are the key points to our program:

10 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook. The "doctored" mayonnaise makes a nice spread for cold pork roast sandwiches. Serve with favorite potato salad, fruit kabobs and chips with dip.
5 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook. Serve with baked potato or mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
20 minutes prep, 240 minutes cook. We recommend a Boston butt, which is half of the shoulder.
